As your friend, I am extremely proud of you and I think you are incredibly talented so keep it up! You inspired me to take a step in a new direction on my fitness. I've been thinking and talking about doing something new or "switching it up" for quite some time and after months of thinking and some research, I finally booked a class at a yoga studio. I'm so glad you took the first step (#2, 3, & 4 too)! Several years ago, when my friend Lina learned that I was trying to write a book, she made me a paperweight & wrote this MLK quote on it: “Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”
